Common questions
An alert is any inbound event that triggers a runbook evaluation. This includes PagerDuty incidents, Datadog monitor alerts, Opsgenie alerts, and direct webhook events. If an alert matches no runbook, it still counts against the monthly limit on the Developer plan. On Starter and above, alerts are unlimited.
Yes. Upgrading takes effect immediately and you are billed the prorated difference for the remainder of the billing period. Downgrading takes effect at the next renewal date to avoid disrupting active runbooks.
The Developer plan is free indefinitely and lets you explore the core platform. For a full Starter or Professional trial, reach out via the contact form and we can arrange a 14-day access window.
Annual billing is charged upfront for 12 months at the annual rate (approximately 20% less than monthly). You can cancel before renewal for a prorated refund on unused months. Annual invoices are available for procurement teams.
On the Developer plan, alerts above 20/month are queued but not automatically executed. You receive a notification suggesting an upgrade. On Starter and Professional, there is no alert limit, so this does not apply.
