Security disclosures
Responsible disclosure policy
We take security reports seriously and aim to respond promptly.
If you have found a security vulnerability in Parachute, please email [email protected] with details of the issue.
We aim to acknowledge all security reports within 24 hours and provide a resolution timeline within 72 hours. We ask that you give us reasonable time to investigate and address the issue before any public disclosure.
We do not currently operate a bug bounty programme, but we recognise and thank all responsible reporters in our security acknowledgements page.
